Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Poppy-Ace, we work hard to get your orders to you fast, safe, and at the best rates we can. Please check our shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Processing Time

• All orders will be handled in 1 to 3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

• You will get an email to let you know after your order ships. This email will have the tracking info.

• Sometimes, during busy times or big sales, it may take a bit more time to get your order ready.
   

2. Shipping Options & Costs

We have a few ways for you to get the things you buy from us. 

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days.

• Overnight and next-day shipping is offered in some areas.

Shipping costs are worked out at checkout.

3. International Shipping

• We proudly ship worldwide.

• The time it takes for delivery can change depending on where you live. It may take from 7 to 21 business days for your order to get to you.

• International orders may have customs duties. There can also be import taxes or handling fees. These costs must be paid by you.
   

4. Order Tracking

• After your order is sent, you will get a tracking number by email.

• You may check where your order is right now by using the link that was given.

• If the tracking info is late or not there, please give it up to 48 hours to update.

5. Delivery Issues

• Be sure to give the right shipping address when you checkout. IIf the address is not right, we are not to be blamed for any delay or lost package.

• If your order is late, missing, or gets spoiled while on the way, please get in touch with us right away so we can help.

• You have to let us know about any lost or damaged packages within seven days after you get it.
  
   

6. Split Shipments

• To help you get your things faster, we may send out orders with more than one item in separate packages. There are no hidden or additional costs involved.

• You’ll receive tracking details for each package.
